Betting Rules

1. General

• A bet is valid only once accepted and confirmed by our systems; a confirmation reference is generated for every accepted bet.
• It is the Player's responsibility to check that bet details (selection, market, stake and odds) are correct before confirming.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled by the Player unless an official Cash Out or Edit Bet feature is offered and used.
• All times and dates refer to the scheduled start of the relevant event unless stated otherwise.

2. Odds & Acceptance

Odds may change at any time before a bet is placed. Bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance. Where an obvious error (palpable error) in odds, lines or settlement occurs, we reserve the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.

3. Settlement

• Bets are settled on the official result of the market concerned, based on the data feed and result sources used by our platform.
• Unless specific rules state otherwise, results are settled on the outcome at the end of regular time, excluding extra time and penalty shoot-outs.
• Subsequent corrections, disqualifications or appeals after official settlement do not affect already-settled bets.

4. Void Bets & Refunds

• If an event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed and not resumed within the period defined for that sport, affected bets are void and stakes refunded.
• A void selection within a multiple/accumulator bet is treated as odds of 1.00, and the bet is settled on the remaining selections.
• Bets on a participant who does not take part in an event are void unless specific market rules state otherwise.

5. Postponed, Abandoned & Rescheduled Events

If an event is postponed or abandoned, the handling period and resumption rules of the relevant sport apply. If the event is not completed within the applicable timeframe, open bets on unresolved markets are void; markets already unconditionally determined are settled.

6. Live / In-Play Betting

• In-play odds and markets update in real time; there may be a short delay between the live action and bet acceptance.
• Bets placed or accepted after a decisive event has occurred, or during a transmission/technical delay, may be void.
• Where the live score, time or state used for settlement is shown to be incorrect, we settle on the official outcome.

7. Dead Heats

In the event of a dead heat (two or more selections tying for a position), stakes are divided by the number of participants tying for the place and settled at the full odds on the reduced stake.

8. Maximum Payouts & Limits

Minimum and maximum stake and payout limits apply and may vary by sport, market and event. We reserve the right to limit stakes or decline bets. The maximum payout per bet or per period may be capped as published on the platform.

9. Multiples & Combinations

Related contingencies (selections whose outcomes are linked) may be restricted from being combined in a single multiple. Where such bets are accepted in error, we reserve the right to void or re-settle them in accordance with the correct market rules.

10. Errors & Integrity

• We reserve the right to void bets affected by obvious errors, technical malfunctions, or suspected match-fixing or manipulation.
• Where there is evidence of a coordinated bet, unusual betting patterns, or betting linked to the integrity of an event, settlement may be withheld pending investigation.

11. Sport-Specific Rules

Individual sports and markets (e.g. football, basketball, tennis, esports) may have additional specific rules regarding timing, overtime, retirements and settlement. Those specific rules, as published by our sportsbook provider, apply and prevail over these general rules where relevant.

12. Disputes

In the event of any dispute regarding a bet or its settlement, our records and the official result sources used by our platform shall be final. Complaints may be submitted via the official channels listed in the footer.
