1. Operator & Licensing

The Website is operated by Kodemax Global, S.A. de C.V. (Registration No. 2023079674), under a gaming concession granted by E Gambling Montenegro d.o.o. (Certificate No. 0133/4). Licensing details are available on our License page.

2. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal player account registered on the Website.
• "Player", "you" means any natural person who opens an Account and uses the services.

3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration & Verification (KYC)

Each Player may hold only one Account. You must provide accurate, complete and current information and keep it up to date. We may request identity, age, address and source-of-funds documentation at any time. We may suspend an Account and withhold funds until verification is completed. Duplicate, fraudulent or incomplete accounts may be closed and balances voided.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Funds may only be deposited for the purpose of placing bets and playing games.
• We accept the payment methods displayed in your Account. Minimum and maximum limits may apply.
• Withdrawals are paid to a verified payment method belonging to the Player. We may require completed KYC before processing.
• We reserve the right to apply wagering requirements and to decline withdrawals linked to abuse, fraud or breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum conversion and expiry. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion, and to void bonuses and related winnings obtained through abuse, bonus hunting or collusion.

7. Betting & Gaming

All bets are governed by these Terms together with our Betting Rules. A bet is valid only once accepted and confirmed by our systems. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or void any bet, including in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or suspected manipulation.

8. Responsible Gambling

9. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

We operate in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist-financing obligations. We monitor transactions and may report suspicious activity to the competent authorities. We may freeze or close Accounts and withhold funds where required by law.

10. Prohibited Use & Fair Play

• No use of automated systems, bots, exploits or collusion to gain an unfair advantage.
• No fraudulent activity, chargebacks, money laundering or use of criminally-derived funds.
• No access from restricted jurisdictions or via tools intended to disguise your location.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software and materials on the Website are owned by or licensed to the operator and may not be copied, distributed or used without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures or interruptions.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close an Account, void bets and withhold funds where a Player breaches these Terms, applicable law, or where fraud or abuse is suspected. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support.

14. Complaints & Disputes

Complaints should be submitted to our support team via the official channels listed in the footer. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Our records shall be the final authority in determining the outcome of any bet or transaction.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under your local law.
